Drunk Cop Crashes Truck Pulling DARE Trailer

I'm sure I'm not the only person out there whose taken one of those DARE classes. DARE stands for Drug Abuse Resistance Education and in my opinion was the biggest waste of time. Unfortunately for me, I had to take the dumb class two times since I switched elementary schools when I was younger.
